I’ve had one hell of a two months.
I quit my job as a library clerk in August and immediately started a new job as a librarian’s assistant the week after in a hospital. There were many issues with that position, and I wasn’t feeling too good about it during this period of COVID and online classes, so I resigned in September. Also in August I was ghosted by someone I was dating, which had never happened to me before. In September, I started my master’s in Information Studies and began dating someone new. Turns out a master’s is not a bachelor’s, and I feel like I should have known this but really, it’s very different and there are many group assignments in my program which I didn’t really have before being an Art History major.
