REVIEW:

I was right to be excited to read this book. I love a good scandal. I love high society. I love watching powerful people struggle to keep up appearances even if us common folks can easily see right through them. It’s all so pitiful and addictive.

Sawyer doesn’t care much about any of those things. She cares about her job as a mechanic, and her mom, and her education, but she has no time for gossip or manipulation tactics. Except, when her grandmother surfaces and offers her a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, she is thrown into a world filled with sharks. The kind of world where you must do more than learn how to swim. You must become a predator.

All Pretty Little Liars, Gossip Girl, Revenge and Ally Carter fans out there, you must read this book. I don’t care when, where or how, but you have to get your hands on this story. I especially recommend it if you’re feeling a little down or restless or want to read something exciting and sadly can’t ask a cool librarian for a recommendation. Just trust me. Little White Lies is the perfect beach day, rainy day, snowed-in day or confinement read.

Thank goodness I have the second book right beside me because I absolutely must know what Sawyer and her new ‘‘friends’’ are up to next. Reading this series is better than reading a celebrity magazine.
