I… could not finish this book.

Bluebelle and I are just… too different. I’m overweight too, I understand what it’s like to be a ‘‘big girl,’’ although according to my BMI I’m a little bit obese and that’s despite the fact that I’ve lost close to 40 pounds in the last 7 months.

This book is VERY different from the author’s debut novel which, by the way, I really enjoyed. Culture plays an important role here too, and relationships are developed, but it feels like a completely new book from a completely new author.
